Ms. Bosavanh received her Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law. While in law school, she worked full time as a paralegal and advocate at Central California Legal Services, helping to advocate for better health care for the poor and language access. Ms. Bosavanh received her Masters of Arts degree from California School of Professional Psychology. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) and graduated with honors (Cum Laude). At U.S.C., she had a major in psychology and minors in natural sciences (pre-med) and gerontology.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Bosavanh worked in the following areas: clerk for an immigration law firm, advocate, paralegal, college professor, mediator, project coordinator, case manager, job developer, teacher's aide, tutor, McDonald's cook, kitchen police, cattle rancher and more.
