Social Security Disability Attorney
There are many reasons why people continually choose Milam Law to handle their SSD and SSI claims. We provide the personal attention that every client deserves.
This means preparing clients for what to expect and being there to answer client concerns.
Disability claims are not just one part of our practice. They are all we do, and because experience can mean the difference between a winning result and a losing result for your claim, that type of focus is important.
Our Social Security Disability lawyers have the ability to handle your case from start to finish, no matter how much needs to be done to succeed. Mr. Milam's grandfather, who was a top-rated lawyer and politician in Virginia, told him, "A satisfied client is the best mark of a good attorney."
We take great pride in how we can continue Mr. Milam's family tradition in the right manner for our clients.

What Are The Fees?
Milam Law charges the standard fee charged by all attorneys in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases. That fee is 25% of your back benefits, not to exceed $6,000. This amount is set by law, and the fee must be approved by Social Security before it is paid.
We do not get paid unless we win your case. We would like for you to reimburse us for the expenses of obtaining your updated medical records or other evidence.
